Breast Augmentation: Immediate Results and Results Shown After More than 10 Years Ago

Two of the most common questions patients ask me is: what happens if I get breast augmentation and get pregnant? And what will happen to breast implants? Here is one of our wonderful patients who had her breast augmentation done more than 10 years ago, and had multiple pregnancies. Notice how her breasts still look natural, perky, and overall great shape.

Breast Augmentation with Silicone Cohesive Gel Implants

This lady is a police officer. She came to me to have a breast augmentation. She specifically told me that she liked the “round look” yet natural looking. I must mention something very important here. It is very important to me to listen to what every woman tells me and understand clearly the look she imagines and likes. This way I make sure I give every woman what she wants. Different women want and like different things. As you see in my website I give different looks to everyone based on what they want. In this case I performed a breast augmentation with silicone cohesive gel filled implants. The breast implant volumes were 400cc on both sides and the incision was inframammary. The breast implant placement was subglandular (over the muscle). That placement gives the roundest look. Her starting size was a 34B. After the surgery she was a 34D.

This married lady wanted a very natural breast augmentation. She also wanted to see if I could do something to help her with her breast asymmetry. This is one my European patients and European ladies for the most part seek very natural looking breast enhancement. I performed a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. These were cohesive silicone gel implants. They were 325 cc in breast volume. They were moderate profile breast implants. The incision was in the breast fold. She went from a 34B to a 34C cup.

This lady wanted a breast augmentation. I did a breast augmentation on her with silicone gel implants. The implants were the gummy bear type of breast implants or also called cohesive silicone gel implants. The breast implants were 350cc. She also had breast asymmetry. Most women have some degree of breast asymmetry. Her breast asymmetry was improved with my cosmetic plastic surgery operation. However I must inform patients who read this that breast asymmetry can some times be hard to correct just with a breast augmentation alone. Each patient is different and breast asymmetry is something I always discuss in my initial consultation about breast augmentation. Many times black patients ask me if I have experience with black skin. The skin color does not matter when it comes to plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery. Although I have a considerable amount of experience when it comes to operating on black people the breast augmentation operation is no different than another person of different skin type.

This young model and actress got her breast augmentation by me 5 years ago. This is one the breast breast augmentation operations. This breast augmentation truly impresses the term breast enhancement and body contouring. Look at the lines of the breast shape at the before and after pictures. From the sides her breasts after the breast augmentation are a perfect teardrop shape. From the front view the implants are very round and perky. This is an ideal result in breast augmentation surgery. I used 325 cc silicone filled breast implants. The breast implants were cohesive type breast implants. These breast implants are also called gummy bear type breast implants. These breast implants in this patient were moderate profile in terms of breast implant projection.

She wanted her breasts and her bust to be more proportional to her body. I did a breast augmentation with 375cc breast implants. Her breast implants were high profile cohesive silicone gel implants. Her cohesive silicone implants are also called gummy bear implants. Her incision was in the inframmamary fold (under the breast). The before and after results that you see here are after about 4 months.

This patient came in to have a breast augmentation operation. To do the breast augmentation part is easy. But to make her breast as symmetric as possible is not easy. Look at her breasts in the before and after pictures. In the before pictures in the front view if her before picture it is very obvious how uneven her breasts were. Every aspect of her breasts was uneven. Her nipple-areolar complexes were uneven. Her breast volumes were uneven. Her lower breast folds were uneven. Her infra-mammary folds were uneven. In short she had two uneven breasts. It is easy to change two breasts that are symmetric in a similar fashion but when the breasts are uneven it is hard to get them to be symmetric. This is was my personal challenge in this case. Off course this patient and any patient wanted not only to get a breast augmentation but also an operation to correct her symmetry. All in one operative time. Essentially I had to do two different operations on two different breasts and match them in terms of breast augmentation volumes, breast size, and breast shape and breast symmetry. For this I used saline filled breast implants. The saline implants were preferred in this case in order to achieve a better breast volume match. The breast surgeon can fill the saline breast implants with the volume he wants. The silicone implants instead come with pre-made and prefixed volumes. The incisions were around the nipples. This is called peri-areolar breast augmentation. You can see how well these incisions on the areola can heal in time. The breast implants that I used were high profile breast implants because this patient wanted very perky breasts. She wanted breasts with high projection. The saline volumes in the breast implants were different. I placed larger volume in the right breast implant. The right breast implant had a volume of 420 cc. The left breast implant had a volume of 390cc. I am very proud of this result for this breast augmentation because of the symmetry achieved. It is very very hard to correct breast symmetry with a breast augmentation alone. Sometimes I tell my patients that if their breasts are uneven before then after a breast augmentation the asymmetry may appear to be more pronounced. I always try to correct breast asymmetry and uneven breasts at the time of the breast augmentation in order to offer the highest patient satisfaction. As you can tell from her breast bikini lines there is good symmetry of the tan lines as well. Little things can make a big difference in cosmetic surgery and anything in life.

Breast Lift without External Scars: Correction of Saggy Breasts with Breast Implants Only

This patient had saggy and asymmetric breasts. The technique that Dr. Anastasatos uses allowed this patient to have her breasts corrected with breast implants only. As a result, this lovely patient now has perky and lifted breasts, her nipples are also positioned higher and symmetric on both breasts. She also has a significant improvement of breast asymmetry correction. Décolletage is much more feminine. All this was achieved without any external breast lift scars, and using breast implants only. Implants used are 397 cc moderate plus profile Natrelle implants.

Silicone gel breast implants were used for her surgery. Moderate plus profile implants were used in this case in order to achieve a better breast volume match. Larger volume was placed in the right breast implant. Patient is very happy with how symmetric her breasts are now.

Silicone gel (gummy bear) implants were used: 325 cc implant on the right side, and 300 cc implant on the left side. Note: Had she chosen to go for larger size breast implants then she would have gotten more of a lift and upward nipple rotation. But she wanted something very natural and small since she is an avid runner.

Did She Get a Breast Lift? Where Are Her Scars?

This patient had saggy and asymmetric breasts. One way to correct it was to get a standard breast lift, but she did not want to have visible breast lift scars. The technique used by Dr. Anastasatos allowed this patient to have an internal breast lift at the same time with her breast augmentation. Her nipple-areolar complex was also rotated to a higher position on both breasts. With careful pre-operative design the patient also has an improved outcome in regards to her breast asymmetry. All this was performed via a small incision on the infra-mammary folds that measures an inch and a quarter. Décolletage is much more feminine. Results shown are one week after surgery.
